Clane Red Cross held
its first open night for potential Cadets and their parents
in March 2010.
An introduction to the activities of the Cadets was followed by demonstrations of the contents of a first aid kit and the use of a defibrillator on a mannequin. The night ended with a tour of the Clane Red Cross ambulance. 12 potential cadets and their parents attended on the first night. Cadets have the opportunity to learn first aid as well as engage in fun activities such as art and crafts, games days and community activities. Click here to View some activities.
